Late Arrivals, Cancellations
& No Show Policy
We try our very best to accomodate for our patients' needs.
Late cancellations and now shows can result in a number of pet owners missing the chance to be seen by our vets when they need our help.
Cancellations
We understand your schedule or your pet’s condition may change, causing you to cancel your appointment.
Appointments: Please inform us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel. Less than 24 hours notice will be considered a No Show.
Surgery: Please inform us at least 48 hours before if you need to cancel a surgery appointment.
Specialist Appointments: We require a minimum of 7 days notice for cancellations or rescheduling specialist procedures.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late for your appointment puts extra pressure on our team and may cause us to run late for our other scheduled appointments.
We request that you call the clinic as soon as you know you will be late for your appointment. Depending on the other appointments and how late you will be, we may be able to accommodate you, or we may need to reschedule your appointment.
No Show
If a client does not show for three appointments within a 6 month period, they may be asked to find another veterinary clinic to provide services for their pet.
Clients will be informed of our policy when they don't show up.
