Late Arrivals, Cancellations
& No Show Policy
We try our very best to accomodate our petients' needs.
Late cancellations can result in a number of pet owners missing the chance to be seen by our vets when they need our help, as such we're announcing our new policy here _ July 11 2021
We understand your schedule may change, or your pet’s condition may change, causing you to cancel your appointment.
Appointments: Please inform us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will be considered a No Show.
Surgery: Please inform us at least 48 hours before if you need to cancel a surgery appointment.
Arriving late for your appointment puts extra pressure on our team, and may cause us to run late for our other scheduled appointments.
We request that you call the clinic as soon as you know you will be late for your appointment. Depending on the other appointments and how late you will be, we may be able to accommodate you, or we may need to reschedule your appointment.
If a client does not show for three appointments within a 6 month period, they may be asked to find another veterinary clinic to provide services for their pet.
Clients will be informed of our policy when they don't show up.
