Practice Manager
Tynia T.
Tynia started at Waterfront Park Veterinary Clinic in 2020 and stepped up into our clinic’s manager role in 2023 after working including manager roles. Those years prior to becoming manager have become vital to her understanding of the importance of how each role in our vet clinic affects your experiences with us!
As a practice manager, Tynia is responsible for the day-to-day operations and manages practice's work-flow to help our staff focus on patient cares on their position and deliver the needs with best experience to our furry patients and clients.
You’ll often find her in the reception area greeting clients and assisting with any questions or concerns they may have and if she’s not there it’s a guarantee she is somewhere else in the clinic ensuring day to day operations are running smoothly, snapping cute pictures of your pet for their profile photo, or insuring the clinic plants are thriving!
Her love for animals has been evident since she was a very young girl and continued to grow during her multiple years working at equestrian centers in BC and Ontario and during her times of fostering animals. Since combining the love of animals with the responsibility for our client’s happiness, she has found an immense satisfaction in her chosen life path and a fulfillment in being a part of this clinic’s future.
Outside of work, she is either curled up with her cat, Echo, or hiking across the North Shore trails with her rescue dog, Roo. She enjoys reading whatever book she can get her hands on, baking treats to bring into work for her staff to taste test, and browsing local vintage stores for her next craft project.
Head Veterinary Technician
Danielle . O
Your fur babies will feel right at home with Dani working hands on during their visits.
Dani is our one of the experienced head tech and very excited to be the one of the senior staffs at the WPVC since opening.
She had a passion for helping animals from a very young age, knowing it was her calling after rescuing her first dog, "Gracey" off the streets in Nova Scotia at 10 years of age. Over the years Dani has had the privilege of hand raising kittens, working on a dairy farm, volunteering at horse stables, Wild Life Rescue along with the Wild Raptors at the Vancouver Zoo.
Senior veterinary technician
Jay P
Jay has been working with animals over 20 years in Vancouver since completing doctorate degree in veterinary medicine in Korea.
His passion for a more “ high quality hands-on” approach to help animals brought him here in Vancouver since 2012 and he now calls North Vancouver as his home with two lovely daughters and his wife.
Jay’s areas of interest are in dental, anesthesia, and client education. When he is not working, he enjoys camping with his family.
