Cancer Detection in Dogs with a Simple Blood Draw
Next-generation DNA sequencing panel performed on patient blood sample to identify genomic mutations that drive the development and progression of cancer. Report includes presence/absence of a cancer mutation signal detected.

Screening for early detection in asymptomatic but high-risk dogs
Older dogs and certain breeds have a higher lifetime risk of cancer.
Cancer is by far the single most common cause of death in adult dogs. Like humans, dogs have a 1 in 3 lifetime risk of getting cancer, and approximately 6 million dogs are newly diagnosed with cancer each year in the United States.

Over 7 year old ?
It is also considered as an annual screening test for all dogs starting at 7 years of age and starting at younger ages for dogs belonging to breeds in which cancer tends to develop earlier in life.
